25 principals from Yan’an, Xian and Tianshui schools and kindergartens participated in a two- week Virtues in Us Leadership Training Workshop. The principals discussed the importance of character education of children and studied practical skills and strategies for development of virtues in themselves, their staff and their students. A special section of the workshop was dedicated to the topic of Service Leadership. Principals consulted on the necessary qualities and capabilities of a service leader and ways in which their school can be of service to the society.
