Peacefulness is feeling calm deep in our bodies, minds and hearts. We can often feel peaceful when we are very quiet, meditating, or when we are enjoying nature. When we are peaceful, we can easily learn new things. Being peaceful is difficult when we are afraid, therefore, trusting and letting go of our fears helps us. When we are calm and peaceful we can bring peacefulness to our surroundings in the way we speak, play and interact with others. We can have peace in our hearts by forgiving others. As peacemakers we can bring peace to our family, our friends, our school, our city, our country and our world.
